  Brilliant Customer Service! This company offer a great customer experience, they were so helpful, it compelled me to write my first ever Google review: Last weekend, our Kinetico water softener started leaking; we contacted Homeserve who dispatched an emergency plumber. All he could do was to isolate the unit and suggest that we buy a new one. My partner then called Basingstoke Softeners who came out a few days later; their technician replaced a broken value and serviced the unit for a very modest fee; both he and the lady in their office couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you!
